DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MEDIATION

At Star Mediation Services, we help you identify your options whilst supporting you through the process of change and into your new life.  We provide a range of specialist divorce mediation and dispute resolution wherever you are in this process to help you and your family manage and take control of this period as smoothly as possible.

The goal of mediation is so both clients can make a self-determined decision on their finances without having to use a Court

When you contact our mediation service you will be invited to attend a MIAM to talk about your situation and to decide, with the mediator, whether you wish to go forward to a mediation session with the other party.   ​ 

  Mediation cannot begin until both MIAMs have taken place and you have agreed to meet the other person in mediation.

With professional input, many relationships are salvageable and can go on to be happy and harmonious

Family Dispute Resolution is a non-adversarial way of resolving arguments and conflicts that arise in family disputes without involving authorities such as the court system
