Mediation is now the preferred method of resolving an argument, or issues that occur after a separation, or the breakdown of a relationship; including arranging child contact, the custody of a child, child support maintenance and disputes involving money and property.
This voluntary process is confidential, and allows the people involved in a dispute to communicate and negotiate with the help of a mediator until an agreement is reached that can be made legally binding.

We strongly encourage mediation before employing the services of solicitors and barristers. The average cost often ranges from £20,000-£30,000 in each case. We strongly advocate for mediation which gives more power to the involved parties.
We are able to offer mediation services via video call (MS Teams or Zoom) or phone as well as face to face in line with our social distancing policy.
